			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I think its important to let Kenyans know that there is an issue with the partnership btwn Kenya Power and Posta in regars to payment of electricity bills!! I paid A/Cs 3028484-01 and 3028487-01 via Posta in th month of March, by mid Aprill it hadnt reflected and got disconnected!!Paid again this time via Mpesa, dnt knw if they factored that in but up to now the bill is out of this world. Went to electricity, they acknowledged the blunder and promised to solve it but nothing has happened!! Am due for disconnection again. Posta says they received the Money and sent it to KPLC. <p>I had been using their monthly Blackberry data service since February 2012 and I was relatively happy with it. On 23rd April 2012 I routinely bought a 500 shs Orange scratch card and loaded it.</p>
<p>I then tried to renew my data plan using their Blackberry application&#8230;Lo and behold&#8230;499 shs had been deducted but my data plan internet remained unavailable.</p>
<p>The nightmare had commenced.</p>
<p>For the next two weeks I talked to numerous call centre operators trying to get a refund or activate my data plan.</p>
<p>It turned out to be a futile exercise.</p>
<p>Those call centre people took me round and round. A lady eventually gave me a reference number and told me that my problem is awaiting a decision by a certain &#8220;Account Executive&#8221;.</p>
<p>Another operator told me they could see the deducted 500 shs but nothing could be done until the &#8220;Executive&#8221; made a move.</p>
<p>Yet others kept telling me to choose option 4 and talk to Corporate who would tell me they have to talk to a backroom technician!!!!</p>
<p>Two weeks later and a decision had not been made. I finally called it a day and yanked off the Orange sim.</p>
<p>My conclusions:<br />
1) Orange call centre staff operate in silos<br />
2) Orange is still run like a lousy quasi-government organisation<br />
3) Orange Blackberry service is wonderful, until you run into a problem 4) Orange is dead in the water if they continue operating like this.</p>
<p>Bwana Joseph once said that there was only one telco company he feared and it was Orange. Mainly because of the potential they sit on in terms of data provision. Looks like his fears were unfounded.</p>

Who knows may the wether conditions also flactuate the rates, may i be enlightened please.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I once went to Tuskys to buy lunch since i had changed shifts the previous day and was supposed to report to work by 2:00pm. Since i didn&#8217;t have enough time to rest earlier in the day i hadn&#8217;t cooked.</p>
<p>I bought Spaghetti and rushed to work but I didn&#8217;t eat any. The food was bad. It had really foul smell. It was like they had warmed up the left overs.</p>
<p>This also happened to my friend who bought gizzards and they had gone bad, but, these too still they were being sold to customers!!!!</p>
<p>Tuskys please change your food stock before it goes bad to avoid turning customers off or worse yet making them sick.</p>
