I am completely disappointed by the service offering of JTL, our Company subscribes to their internet service and it has been frustration and trouble from the get go.
Numerous down times and excruciatingly slow speeds with a working ratio to downtime being 2:5 so we request for an upgrade since they claim that we have fully utilized the bandwidth we have. Shortly after, they claim to have upgraded us to double the speed we had but the down times and slow internet become even worse.
So I follow it up and someone reveals that we have not been upgraded yet and in fact our request for upgrade form did not even get to the office of the approving officer.
Since then – read three weeks, I have been trying to get us upgraded, please note that an upgrade means that we double the amount we pay monthly and still that does not spur them to reply our emails or give us concrete answers when we call with questions…terrible terrible service, poor customer relations. I am now on the hunt for an efficient service provider, any ideas?

I still recommend Safaricom – they are the best by far. This is what happened to me when I went for Access. Got conned proper!. They took my money, gave good service for 2 weeks and then the speed went to less than
512Kpbs!.
Really try Safaricom until all the jokers get them selves sorted out.
Good Luck
