Tuskys supermarket will not deliver my goods because i live so close to them whilst i have paid for delivery.
The dispatch guy at tuskys imara tom-mboya street, (mburu) was supposed to deliver electronics worth 50k and food stuff worth 3k to my place at ngara.
He forgot to load the foodstuff after i reminded him, he only delivered the electronics. Error is to human, but one should compensate for his mistakes.
After i told him what had happened,he suggested i go back to the supermarket and collect the goods myself. What great customer service! After complaining to customer care, they told me it will not happen again but they will not deliver the remaining goods.
If you bought a toothbrush worth kshs30 and paid kshs500 for its delivery, shouldn’t the toothbrush be delivered?

What a load of bollocks. They should not advertise a service they have not yet fully set up, they either deliver or they refund you for all the trouble. They definitely need a refresher course in customer service.

Veronica you are well aware what you are posting here is not what reflects on the ground, to be precise your Iron box especially Ramptons are so bogus and china…. how do i make trips worth 1000 bob just because your electricians are trying to fix the gadgets at your stores and forget to seal them just in the name of cost cutting? what are you cost cutting yet you make 300% profit from all products you sell? i gave your supervisor Tom Mboya strt the iron box to iron his shirt am so disappointed in your service especially the front desk and those untrained supervisors get someone who knows what customer service is… And how do you even think of CHARGING me a fee of KSH 500 to replace my swipe card which has almost 14000 points?
